About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Change Manager to play a key role in delivering a successful transformation across our organisation. This is a  significant transformation initiative for the Group that aims to improve business efficiency, customer proposition, and data accuracy by simplifying the technology landscape with the objective of shaping future growth.

The role will support the Unify Programme and the Senior Business Change Manager through cross functional working and supporting stakeholders to think differently, influence change and support the business in understanding and embedding the changes.

What you’ll be responsible for 

Supporting and collaborating with the Senior Business Change Manager you will be

  • Using your process transformation, problem solving and change management skills to keep the programme moving at pace 

  • Engaging  with key stakeholders across the Group to build strong relationships to understand pain points and opportunities

  • Seeking  ideas and opportunities by being in tune with our industry and other external businesses ideas and innovation

  • Facilitating cross functional sessions to encourage collaborative and innovative problem solving, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, clear on the objective and consulted with appropriately

  • Using data led decision making and business analysis skills to problem solve and support with robust business case thinking

  • Collaborating  with key stakeholders to build sustainable future processes and action plans to improve business efficiencies and improve the customer journey. Ensuring they are in line with the wider business strategy.

  • Creating  and managing key project documents

  • Ensuring  key stakeholders are engaged, informed, consulted with appropriately and aligned on project scope, objectives, their responsibilities, timeline etc

  • Ensuring  a robust change and communication plan is in place and all departments impacted are engaged, consulted with and informed appropriately

  • Supporting reviews of improvement opportunities are completed and measured against original objectives and business cases and Unify success measures

We’re looking for someone who has 

  • Experience in supporting the delivery of key projects with a track record of successfully supporting change management

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion 

  • Ability to undertake work of a complex nature, be comfortable with ambiguity and able to plan a path to clarity

  • Can demonstrate professional credibility and articulate communication

  • Strong technical knowledge and cross functional working

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to explain complex information to a wide range of audiences

  • Proven ability to influence the confidence of stakeholders
